How to make the most of the new server?

There is hardware and software for the new server:
1) ASUS TS100-E9-PI4 server platform
2) Intel Xeon E3-1240v5 processor
3) 16 GB DDR4 ECC RAM
4) Intel DC S3520 Series 240 GB SSD - 2 pcs.
5) HDD WD RE WD2004FBYZ 2 TB - 2 pcs.
6) Win Srv 2016 Std
7) 5 terminal licenses
While it is planned to hang 1 task on the server: terminal access of 5 clients to 1C 8.2 in the file version of the database. But in the future, in the event of the death of the old server, it is also possible to move to a new one: Kaspersky Security Center and a file server (network of 30-35 PCs). It is also possible to deploy a domain controller role on a new server.
While I plan to assemble 2 mirrors, install the OS on the mirror from the SSD and deploy the role of the terminal server, put the 1C base in the same place. Use the second mirror from the HDD for backups.
Question: does it make sense to raise virtualization on Hyper-V on this platform and how to use the capabilities of the existing disk subsystem in the most efficient way?

SSD in RAID1
We put winserver there, which we will use as a host for virtual machines, a server for ksc, and as a file server
a separate virtual machine for terminals
a separate virtual machine for a domain controller (preferably in the core version so that it doesn’t eat memory, it’s not difficult)
HDD in RAID1
We back up there and keep the shared folders from the ps file server there
, remember that there should always be TWO domain controllers, so I advise you to make a backup DC on the old server

Do not put a CD on a working machine. Find another computer (two + 1 is better) for controllers.
If something happens, then you can recreate the terminal server within a couple of hours. You will have to suffer with the CD, you will have to transfer the rights to another server, and if it doesn’t work out right away ?? The pitchfork will start, and this is lost time.
Kaspersky Security Center will require mssql, you can also start a 1s database there, backup will be easier to do.
And keeping backups on the same computer is bad - from theft to fire.
