How to make the HP Proliant DL 80 server quieter?

Good afternoon.
There is an HP Proliant DL 80 server on it exsi 6.0 is installed.
The problem is that it hums like an airplane :) The fans are at maximum, as I understand it :) How
to make it so that it becomes "quieter" :)
works pretty well for itself.
