How to make the cooler on a Dell laptop work?

I recently bought a Dell XPS 13 9370 laptop with Windows preinstalled and installed Xubuntu 18.04.1 on it. Everything would be fine, but the cooler on the laptop does not work (everything worked on Windows), even with very strong heating. The processor is Intel Core i7-8550U, the video card is Intel UHD Graphics 620, the Linux kernel version is 4.15.0-34-generic, the BIOS version is 1.5.1, the BIOS release date is 08/09/2018. I consider myself a newbie in Linux! I beg you to help!

See the output sensorsfor your cooler. Poke pwmconfigon the subject of management.
If there is no cooler in the output, then look for ways to reach the multicontroller.
Well, also look in the BIOS for setting speed control schemes.
