How to make the colors on the computer and smartphone the same?

I work in win7, the monitor is normal, I drew a layout, made a prototype, and when viewed on smart, I found that the colors are different, more faded or something, there is no saturation. I checked it on two devices, the result is the same, the problem is in my monitor. Can you tell me how to make the colors on the monitor match what will be displayed on the iPhone display? Maybe some kind of photoshop setting?
I found a checkbox in color settings - Desaturate monitor colors by 20%, set it and saw the same faded colors as on smart. It turns out that I need to discolor the monitors initially, but why?

You need to initially understand that the color reproduction of all screens is different! For some smartphones, just look at the war of displays. + The human factor, many people distinguish colors differently. One may appear brighter, another darker. There's nothing to be done! Well, there are also color blind people!

If you are afraid of different display of colors on different screens - put in the workspace sRGB . This is a standard that is supported by all manufacturers.
Absolute identity in colors, alas, you will not achieve. The reason for this is different algorithms and technologies for the production of screens.
