How to make the client pay for his order after placing it?

It is required to make the user able to pay for the goods on the site after placing an order and approval by the manager (changing the status of the order).
Is there something similar in sandbox https://www.drupal.org/sandbox/firewing1/1229572 ?
But maybe there is another way?
Is it possible to do it with rules or some other way?
Or give advice in which direction to dig)

Unfortunately, I did not find anything except Ubercart Pay After Checkout . Completely works. A lot of extra has to be installed (taxes, shipping ...) - requires.
We add additional order status "Waiting for payment" and Rules for updating to this status.
