How to make the browser window size larger than the screen resolution?

On a laptop, the maximum resolution is 1366.
How can I make the browser window 1440 wide?
Simple window stretching - chrome only stretches up to 1366.
How do I stretch it more so that I can test sites on this laptop at higher resolutions?

@Alexander-K

in Chrome, press F12 and in the left corner of the panel there is an Athos icon. Click on it and get a window with any size.
in FF, press control + shift + M - the adaptive design window opens. And you also get the opportunity to get any window resolution
