Why doesn't Browsersync External URL work (screenshot in question)?

Hello.
Browsersync connects the site to the following IPs:
External: 192.168.56.1:3000 - only works on the same device. Doesn't work for others.
All devices are on the same network. No matter what I've tried, it's all to no avail. Just - "Web page not available"? both on iPhone and Android.
Windows 10 system.
Once a month ago, when I was installing BS, I managed to log in, accidentally checked it, then it was also unavailable.
