In the code krakozyabra, and the browser shows normal numbers?

There is such a piece, this field with the price is its own. But any browser shows a normal Arabic number, how is this possible? Everything except IE of course, this one is stupid sometimes)

Well, the editor in which you are looking shows in one encoding, and the browser in another.
Plus, most likely there are no necessary characters in the editor's font.
