I would group some items, and I would design the groups with icons. Available with or without a signature.
For example:
1. Instead of "Home" just put the logo
2. "Hotel", "Restaurant", "Guest house", "Sauna" in the "Places" group, icon: the "place" icon (as on the maps) against the background of the house.
3. "Photo Gallery" can not be grouped and put a photo icon or a camera.
4. "Partners", "Tour Operators" (and how do they differ from partners?), "Contacts" in the "Cooperation" group and the "handshake" icon
5. "Reviews", "News" in the "About us" group and the icon " eye ”(just the first thought on the go, you can find better).
