What is the CMS for Landing pages to process customer requests?

In general, before that, I did not know exactly what I needed. Now I realized that the only thing I need is a CMS for landing pages, which would have two important things: processing applications and notification by SMS and mail about an incoming order. What can be taken for this? I would not like to use a CMS for online stores (for example, Opencart) because there is a lot of unnecessary stuff there. Here I am looking for a CMS for landing, mainly for order processing. Please advise how to do this? I am not an expert in such matters. For CMS for landing, I was advised by Wordpress with plugins. But is there an application processing there? Maybe there is no need for a CMS at all, but some common thread module? SaaS services (lpgenerator) I do not consider as I am at the initial stage, and the capital is limited. Please guide! Thank you!

A landing page is not an architectural difference, it's just the way it looks. If you are not an expert, then look towards Wordpress - there is a huge community, a bunch of plugins and templates. Find something suitable. Plus, the admin panel itself is easy to learn.

You need an online store. Anyone, even free.
Processing applications (by the way, what do you mean by this?) They know how out of the box, sending SMS is done through a third-party plugin. Sending SMS is now very paid and hemorrhoids, but you can get through.
