Base of clients / visitors / subscribers - modx or a ready-made php application?

It is required to maintain a database of clients/visitors/subscribers from a landing page on MODX. It should be easy to add new fields to the table and customize the columns displayed in the admin panel. In fact, the admin panel in terms of functionality should be similar to the tables in 1c-bitrix (search, sorting, editing, uploading).
1 question - is it worth using modx or is it better to use some kind of ready-made php application with its own admin panel.
Question 2 - can it be easier to implement on the basis of standard modx users? Or how are such tasks implemented when you need to create a component table (not TV)? XPDO?
Question 3 - are there ready-made modx components to implement such a task. customextra - will it fit (or do you need to finish it a lot)?
