How to make tagged pages in Bitrix?

It is necessary to implement end-to-end links in directories to pseudo-directories, i.e. tagged pages that will be selected by some property of the product, while the page should not be created if there are less than 5 products (for example).
The catalog is synchronized with 1C, the idea comes to mind to get into the event exchange and add a section to the product (create if not), but this is somehow castile and there will be a lot of sections in the infolock.
Is it possible to somehow create sections and have links with them, so that in the "t-shirts" category there would be links to "red t-shirts, black t-shirts, t-shirts of the brand ***"?
