An example of how to do it:

In this window, information and at the bottom of the window there are 2 buttons forward and backward.
When you click on the forward button, the first window should close and the second one should open.
When you click on the back button, the second window should close and the first one should open.
When you click on the forward button, the second window should close and the third one should open.
Etc.
The number of windows is constantly growing, there will be about 50 - 100 windows.

When switching, it is desirable that how the lightbox with pictures changes, I mean that there is no jerking and the person does not see how one closes and another opens.

One modal window, inside bootstrap tabs. Buttons switch the active class of .tab-pane
To make it like a lightbox, add a fade class.
