How to make Swagger OpenAPI work on Gitlab?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me, I can’t get testing api methods to work using yaml (Swagger OpenAPI), which is found on the Gitlab repository.

When I try to check I get this error.

Tell me, in which direction to dig? If necessary, I will provide additional information.
