The task is to create a website and install GDS Amadeus, Travelport. Does anyone have experience with these systems? What frameworks to use? Where to begin?

Look for an integrator providing a panel to the site. I will not advertise for anyone. Working directly with Amadeus and Travelport costs quite a lot of money, and you will have to write a lot. Does your client even have money? ;-)
