What services are there so that in one place you can watch all the comments on social networks and, ideally, respond to them?

Plus, I'm working on one of these, but in it such functionality is only part of the product.

As far as I know, there are no full-fledged tools specifically for commenting on social networks.

It would be nice to find alternatives to the same hootsuite. But it’s also difficult to keep track of social networks, such services need to be supported, so you can’t keep up with everyone. I only use TweetDeck for twitter, it's good.

For moderation and response in my own communities, I can recommend the Angry.Space service .
Unlike foreign analogues, it also supports VK and Odnoklassniki. You can answer directly from the service.
