VK API Acces_token, can they ban me for using the same tokens?

Wrote a spam bot in the "Add to friends" thematic groups. The first time was banned because I set the script execution from 5 minutes to 2 every minutes. Then they banned me for putting the script back to run every 5 minutes. Both of these times I staked a token from Kate Mobile. My friend has the same script for every 2 minutes and everything is fine. So, the essence of the question is "Can I be banned if I use a token from Kate Mobile, for which I was banned before?"

I use the Standalone VK application and its token in conjunction with PHP, 6 accounts, the flight is normal, bans came only if there were a lot of complaints from the group where you post. Overcame this by deleting old messages from the group before sending a new one.
