How to make svg zoom animation to full screen?

Hello!
There is a task:
Blob rotates in the middle of the screen, with hover the rotation speed increases. And when clicked, svg should become equal in size to the screen, i.e. so that the svg covers everything on the screen.
There is a problem with the last task. I tried scale, but it doesn't work on svg (perhaps I'm doing something wrong). Tell me how to solve this?
