Which bank is better for IP on Upwork: Tochka or Modulbank?

Hello. On this issue, I found here only topics for the past years. So I think it would not be bad to update the information. If you have experience with these banks as a checking account when working with Upwork or any other platform, you can share it here. In particular, it would be interesting to hear about commissions and the convenience of currency control.

I have been using Modulbank for 4 years already.
Satisfied with everything.
Tariff "Optimal" (690r per month or 590r/month if paid for half a year or 390r/month if paid for a year or 9900r forever)
Free withdrawal of 500t.r. per month + 50t.r. free of charge can be withdrawn from the card.
Currency control costs 300 rubles for transfers up to 500 thousand rubles.
This bank knows how to work with Upwork. They just have great technical support, where you can talk directly with intelligent representatives of currency control, they themselves will tell you what documents need to be done.
During business hours, currency control takes less than an hour.
In general, the bank is constantly developing, they have an excellent Internet bank, a modern application, something is constantly changing.
They also have a very good currency exchange. The rate differs from the exchange rate by only 0.5%. When connecting the paid option "Favorable currency exchange", the exchange rate will differ from the exchange rate by 0.35%.
Tried to compare with Tinkov. He spat all over, immediately returned back to the Module.
Upd. When the currency arrives, the correspondent bank pinches off about $13.

I liked the module + elba the most.
Elbe

  • automatic instant synchronization
  • when exchanging, it automatically calculates the exchange rate difference
  • able to work with PSN
  • payments and other immediately payment from the bank account
  • True, it’s expensive, 18K per year, but it’s cheaper and better, I tried it ...
