How to make sure that when you paste a command into the terminal, it does not start automatically immediately by itself?

It often happens that I copied a command somewhere, pasted it into the terminal ctrl + shft + v, and it immediately started, whether it was needed or not. How to make it so that it does not start by itself?

Copy in such a way that it doesn't hook onto the next line, because it copies an invisible translation character a la "\n".

Etc. book. mouse and in the context menu Paste and on Enter.
Or Ctrl+V (Paste) instead of Ctrl+Shift+V and hit Enter.
Usually, the automatic launch of the command (code) occurs if you paste by clicking on the mouse wheel, but not in this way.
