How to make sure that the transfer of the file structure is successful and accurate?
When buying a new HDD, I had to transfer my photo archive to 350+ GB from the old disk, but after 8 hours of transfer, there is no complete confidence in the full and successful transfer, and I want to somehow check the correctness of the transfer.
The situation is this: there is a highly cataloged folder structure (year\month\day\photo format) with many folders and files; there is a large volume of these same files
Problem: you need to somehow check all this vinaigrette for the integrity of the transfer in comparison with the source files. With hash sums or something similar.
Thanks in advance for the replies.

After the right programs (which copy the entire disk) you don't need to ask yourself such questions. )
and so with the help of a hash sum, for example, in the total commander "synchronize directories" will be able to show this (without the synchronization itself, of course).
the total has a feature "directory synchronization", it will show the paths and sizes
there is not very clear, but if you figure it out once, you can check it
