Hello, I have a question as follows, how to properly layout such sites?

Honestly, I don't understand other people's code well to understand the logic.
What layouts to ask from the designer? From a 3d modeler?

In this case, we used a jpg image with a size of 2640 x 1440 and a weight of 1.53 MB, which is perceived as a background, but in fact it is not a background :)
On top of it is an svg vector layer with marked areas (you can use Inkscape as an editor). Actually, all the magic is implemented using the Raphaël JS library .
The checkout kit turns out to be not difficult: image and svg files from the designer, the rest of the work is up to the front-end developer.
