How to make such a realistic chalk drawing effect?

I understand that all elements are drawn first, then their contours are selected and either filled with a finished texture, or painted with a special brush? Which way do you think is better and why? Does anyone have experience with making things like this?

The most honest option that inspires the trust of customers is to write with chalk by hand. Then take a picture and put pictures on top (preferably also honest ones) in any graph. editor.
