I don't know what it's called, I don't think there is a name.
Make it in Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Decide on the perspective of the eye or tools. Illustrator has a corresponding tool.
- the inscription and the red stripe (with the blending mode Linear "dimmer", or others to taste) should be placed in accordance with the perspective
- the inscription behind the tower should be hidden with a mask, or placed on top of the carved tower, make a shadow.
- tone the image, add other inscriptions
PS You need to know or feel the scheme of the composition. For example, in my picture there is no composition as such.
