How to make such a block: material + adsence posts?

On sites I see similar blocks, which include site materials and plus advertising entries.
I want to do this on the site. Can you tell me how to do it or give me a hint?

Create a module: ... /administrator/index.php?option=com_modules
Paste the adsence output code into it.
In the "Position" field, enter article_adsence (or any other position name).
When creating an article, in the place where the module is needed, insert the code:
{loadposition article_adsence}
This construction is more flexible: several modules can be displayed in a position.
You can enter {loadmoduleid 123} into the material, where 123 is the module id - then only the specified module will be displayed in this position.
