Analog Acymailing

Friends!

There is such a component for Joomla - Acymailing. Thing for mailings, sooo convenient.
Now in search of an analogue that is not tied to Joomla.

What can you advise?

Goal: once every 1-2 weeks, send a newsletter to subscribed customers (about 15,000 people in the database). Raised my own smtp (postfix + opendkim), so I want my own solution, without involving third-party services.

If you do not get attached to Joomla, then I can advise swift mailer. Convenient and multifunctional.
