How much processor power is needed for OpenVPN?

What processor power is needed to run an OpenVPN server for 2-3 tunnels with AES-256-CBC encryption at a speed of 100Mbps for each tunnel?

There is a print_r_reverse() function in the print_r() documentation comments that will parse this output. But I would not work with such a moronic service.

There is no clear answer here. Since the traffic and the number of packets per second are different for everyone.
All performance tests are, to put it mildly, outdated

It is better to take modern multi-core basins, at least you can scatter for each core tunnels,
