Good evening!
Guys, please tell me how to make this blog on WordPress? (screenshot attached)

So that from the admin panel it would be possible to change slider pictures (and text on sliders / links to buttons) / categories that are displayed there / phone numbers in the upper right corner / and below 3 advantages ..
I would be very grateful for a useful comment!
PS Maybe there are some theme builders for WordPress? (only with clean code)
