MTS has a Smart NonStop tariff plan www.mts.ru/mob_connect/tariffs/tariffs/smart_nonstop/. Designed for phones/smartphones only. The Internet goes only with a SIM card inserted into the phone. How to make it work when inserted into a modem or router?

Buy a SIM card with a modem rate, and do not try to...be an operator.
