How to make Sleeping Owl Admin work on laravel 5.2?

Hello, I'm trying to install the SleepingOwlAdmin package on Laravel 5.2. I do everything according to the instructions:
1) Add dependencies
2) Install
3) Add Provider to config/app.php
But when I try to install, I get the error
[Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\CommandNotFoundException]
There are no commands defined in the "sleepingowl "namespace.
