How to connect sencha extjs via composer?

The project requires the extjs frontend framework. Previously, I kept its sources in an archive, and the init script unpacked it into a gentle directory.
I collect the last project through composer and I want to connect the text as well. I found his package, but it is installed like all packages in the vendors directory, which is outside the webroot.
Can you tell me how to move it to the correct directory?

In the configs, you can specify where the package should be installed:
