I worked closely with ExtJS and I will tell you that it simply has no analogues. He is a monopolist. VueJS and React don't provide the power that ExtJS does because Ext is used for interfaces and it can do ANYTHING.
It is mainly used by Enterprise, including such monsters as Sberbank. Well, the admin panel at the sotmarket was written on it.
This is a very cool business solution. If you haha hihi, quickly get a fashionable interface under coffee, then this is for react or vue.
Ext for other purposes and for other people, but these people have money.

For support and for a bunch of ready-made controls. Are these controls worth nine kilobucks? Is this support worth the money? Might be worth it for some.

I fully support fman2, I have considerable experience with ExtJS. Of course, it is not suitable for the front-end on the site, it has zero mobility, but as an internal product or a powerful admin for the site, it has no analogues. When refactoring the project (there was ExtJS4 on the front), I tried a bunch of SPAs, including React and Vue, but the choice settled on ExtJS6.
And by the way, you can use it for free and legally https://www.sencha.com/legal/gpl/, the main condition is that you should not sell a product that uses Ext licensed under the GPL v3.

React.js, Vue are developed and maintained by large companies for the subsequent hiring of ready-made developers who do not need to be trained in internal tools.
Sencha makes money from sales and support.
