What front-end libraries are better to use if you need the site to work both through tocuh and mouse?

Welcome all!
I had a task - to create an application for one institution that worked in the field of education.
Initially, the application worked only through the mouse, but then it turned out that there are such touch displays in which there are
no mice. That is, the operator literally works with his fingers on the screen. Naturally, the former application under such circumstances is not quite suitable. I would like to know what to do in such a situation, to be honest, I'm not a pro, but just a beginner.
Here are my options:
1) Rewrite the application to Sencha Touch
2) Make the ExtJS application somehow become touch
But the catch is that there are computers in the organization with regular displays, and touch displays.
It is also required that it be possible to control the application through the arrow keys, TAB, ESC, ENTER. What are the current decisions regarding ExtJS?
What to do?
