How to make shortcuts for poppy (High Sierra) in Russian layout?

I always used laptops from the states and there were no problems, then I took it in Russia and couldn’t force me to switch the active windows of the program (CMD + §) in the Russian layout. Thank you very much in advance.

Worked for me cmd+` (the button next to the left shift). You can change it in System Preferences-->Keyboard-->Keyboard Shortcuts-->Keyboard-->Move Focus to Next Window. Double click on the current combination and enter your own. For example cmd+§.
