How to fix Error: Check: Too many open files in system?

Hello.
I'm trying to download a large file (84 GB) on time capsule via utorrent.
uTorrent throws an error Error: Check: Too many open files in
system How to fix?
I tried to fix it on my own, increased the allowed number, it doesn’t work. Now the settings are as follows:

kern.maxfiles: 5242808
kern.maxfilesperproc: 640000
