I can't understand at what level files starting with a dot (for example .htaccess) are not uploaded to the mega cloud. At the macOS or mega level?
The Finder displayed hidden files, they are displayed, norms. I'm trying to upload the .htaccess file to the mega directory, but the synchronization does not happen. As a result, I lost quite a few of these files.

In the mega client settings. Normally hidden and temp files are discarded
Archive the project and load the archive
