How to make remote access?
I'm on Unix in one city, my friend is on Windows in another city. How can I access Windows on my Unix so that I can, if not move the windows, then at least, for example, type something into cmd or something in place of the terminal.
There is Internet access.

Apparently none of you have a static external IP address. This is bad.
Whoever has a more serious router, you can configure DDNS to determine the current IP by name. If the router does not support DDNS, you will have to report the current address of the VPN server via SMS :)
The best thing would be for one of you to rent a static IP from the provider. Then you don't have to bother with DDNS.
On the same side where DDNS is set up VPN server.
The easiest way to set up a VPN on a router is if it supports it.
If the VPN router does not support, configure the VPN server on your computer. In order to have access from the Internet to the VPN server, we forward the port on the router.
You can choose any up-to-date VPN with strong encryption: OpenVPN, Wireguard, SCTP, IPSEC, ... If the VPN is configured on the router, then we select from what is available there.
On the opposite side, we raise the client's VPN.
With a VPN connected, you can go to each other in any way you like: RDP, VNC, ssh, ... At least use file balls.
