How to make RAID based on B460 HD3 v1.0?

Have a nice day. I quote the question from one of the Gigabyte forums, but it repeats mine one to one, so I think copy-paste is acceptable here. They did not find an answer to the question, but maybe there is a person who defeated this thing?

Can't set up RAID. =(
I do everything according to the instructions:
Turn on your computer and press to enter BIOS Setup during the POST (Power-On Self-Test). Go to Settings\IO Ports\SATA And RST Configuration, make sure SATA Controller(s) is enabled. To create RAID, set SATA Mode Selection to Intel RST Premium With Intel Optane System Acceleration. Then save the settings and restart your computer. Note: When using a PCIe SSD, make sure to set the Use RST Legacy OROM item under Settings\IO Ports\SATA And RST Configuration to Disabled and RST Control PCIe Storage Devices to Manual. Then depending the M.2 connector you use, set the corresponding PCIe Storage Dev On Port XX item to RST Controlled . Finally, save the settings and exit BIOS Setup. If you want to use NVMe PCIe SSDs to configure RAID, make sure to set NVMe RAID mode to Enabled.
The first plug - the first sentence in bold - RST Controller can only be installed on the second disk, the first line is not active
The second plug - the second sentence in bold - there is simply no such item in the BIOS at all.

Let me explain, I want to make RAID from m.2 disks. If it matters, it's the Samsung evo970.
I will be very grateful if you share your experience, otherwise there is a good tomorrow to roll Windows with 1C ....

Apparently, to create an array of NVME SSDs, you need to change the motherboard.
The specs say:
Support for SATA RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, and RAID 10
The manual says that:
  • 6) M2Q_SB/M2A_SB (M.2 Socket 3 Connectors). The M.2 connectors support M.2 SATA SSDs or M.2 PCIe SSDs and support SATA RAID configuration.
  • 3-1. Configuring a RAID Set. Before you begin, please prepare the following items: At least two SATA hard drives or SSDs.

So I think that NVME RAID will not work. If you are not sure, contact the manufacturer's support and ask for clarification as a buyer.
Among other things, it is not entirely clear why such an array is needed at all. Stripe and speed? I would be careful - NVME RAIDs are still at the initial stage of development. In addition, I would doubt that on an inexpensive motherboard everything for this is implemented as it should.
You may end up getting to know us . It is also likely that the result will not please, especially given the presence of HBME, and if the files are "large and contiguous", like videos or databases.

Nothing in your copy-paste is in bold , so some of the meaning is lost. No, thoughtless copy-paste should not be considered the norm.

Make from m.2 disks, but using OS tools.
