How to make proxy before proxy?

There are regular HTTP/HTTPS proxies that are tied to the server's IP. The task is to make these proxies stick out. Tried this thing , but HTTPS doesn't work with it. What else can be used for this?

It is difficult to understand what you want, but there is a suspicion that you need a Reverse Proxy . Nginx and Apache can do this, but in general, google on the topic.
Well, or banal Port Forwarding .
