Which billing + panel combination should I use for Python?

Good day to all, I am very worried about the question, which panel and billing panel bundle should be used for hosting Python scripts and possibly PHP scripts?
I searched a lot on the Internet, but I only come across panels for web hosting.

Billing is a standalone application. Write your panel for hosting scripts or whatever you have in mind and integrate.
The first thing that comes to mind is Billmanager and shell script based integration.
