In my catalog all all products with should be with prices "from"

If you have trade offers, prices will be displayed with the prefix "from".
Otherwise, you need to edit the templates of the catalog components and add the "from" line before the price display.
Specifically, on your screen, the component of the detailed product page is displayed: catalog.element.
