How to make on Windows that the user logs in automatically at system startup / reboot?

There is Windows (7,8,8.1,10 - it doesn't matter, older than XP), domain, users with a password and login. When starting the PC, it is necessary that Windows logs in the user and launches the programs tied to his account, but at the same time throws out to the public not the desktop, but the password entry / user selection window. Those. the idea is to start the PC remotely, the user approached the PC, entered the password and he already had applications running according to Startup.

Create tasks in the regular "scheduler". Select the trigger "at system startup", and on the "general" tab, set the launch from under the user you need.
