How to make oEmbed between your sites?

There is a site on woocommerce. It is customary for me that when I inserted a link to another product (from the same store) into the product description, the link automatically turned into a simple mini-card with a short description, price and thumbnail. As it turned out, other sites on WooCommerce do not support this functionality by default. At the same time, on any other site, links from the first site are converted.

As far as I understand, it's called oEmbed. Tell me how to enable/activate it between all your sites? I read an article on this topic in the code - it did not get any easier.
