How to make normal Ukrainian layout in OS X?

In the Ukrainian layout, both in the normal and in the -PC version, the dot and comma are at 6-7, and I want it above the right Ctrl, as it is in the English layout and Russian-PC. How to do it?

If I understand you correctly, then you need to install a new Ukrainian. keyboard layout.
This kind of post was on Habrahabr, and then moved to Geektimes
The bottom line is that you need to download 2 files (keyboard and icon for it)
m.vybir.biz/keyboard/Ukrainian-C.icns
m.vybir.biz/keyboard/Ukrainian -C.keylayout
And put them in the following folder:
/Users/{Username}/Library/Keyboard Layouts/
Then go to the settings:
Settings->Language and text->Input Sources
Another Ukrainian should appear. keyboard, select it and enjoy life.

And it's even easier and you don't need to set anything additionally
^Ctrl + ⌥Option (Alt) + u (dot in the English layout) - this is "." (dot)
^Ctrl + ⌥Option (Alt) + b (comma in English layout) is "," (comma)
Similarly, you can use other characters of the English layout, but only those that are used without the Shift key
⌥Option (Alt) + numbers - also give English layout characters - [email protected]#$%^&*(), instead of Russian or Ukrainian - !"№%:,.;().
