How to make Next/Previous for post categories in Wordpress?

I don't know how to make next/back links/buttons for post categories (and not posts themselves) on the blog page. I have many articles, all divided into categories and subcategories. It is more convenient for the user to read without opening each individual record, but to scroll through the categories.

To make it clear, I am updating futurenow.ru, transferring it from Drupal to WP. The functionality is the same - Back to the past/Further to the future buttons when choosing a year (year = category), each article is a separate entry in WP.
