How to make monitors big screen?

Hi all. Kick in the right direction.
I want to make a big screen with multiple monitors.
12+ monitors need to be combined into one.
I also want to hide the seams between them as much as possible.

It may be worth using specialized equipment - simple monitors will not work with thin seams - no matter how hard you try.
