Are there specialized CMS, Linux distributions for businesses of any kind, or anything similar?
The idea is to provide the product for free (if the product itself is OpenSource), and take the money for installation / configuration / finishing.

According to this principle, half of the opensource solutions work:
1. We need RHEL without support, install centos, we need it with support, install RHEL and buy a license.
2. We need nginx, install the community version. We need advanced features, write modules ourselves or buy an enterprise version with support.
There are a lot of similar open source projects, when the company that develops it provides paid support or additional features for money.
Plus, there are a bunch of companies that implement these open source solutions under the banner of reducing license costs and then provide paid support (for example, transferring 1c to linux + PostgreSQL or transferring telephony to asterisk).
