Are there systems for automatic updating of a number of sites with different CMS?

Tell me, please, are there systems (special thanks for the links!) that will allow you to update a number of sites in a single interface? I judge the task: php only, only popular ones, opensource CMS.
Let's say I have 3 WP chats, 3 Joomla! and 1 on Drupal. They are regularly updated with security updates. Is it possible to use some system (service) without going to the admin panel of each individual and update them from a single interface?

If you install through the package system, then the CMS will be updated along with other packages via apt-get update
immediately found wordpress and drupal in the ubuntu repository, there seems to be no Joomla.
