How to make money on advertising?

Is it possible to make money on advertising without violating the following rules -
- advertising must correspond to the context of the resource
- advertising must be in a media format (banners, video, possibly audio)
- the quality of advertising must be of a high level (do not drop the work of designers)
- payment must be for impressions, not transitions (!)
The last point I want to explain separately. I listen to Yandex music all day long, on which banners hang. I have never crossed them. but in my mind, like a red-hot iron, it is burned out that books need to be bought on ozon, and the only school I would like to go to study is some kind of netology. So if I place such an advertisement on my resource, then a million visitors will also suffer the same fate, but I will not earn a penny. nafig I will make such a gift to advertising platforms?

everyone who is more or less fumbling in advertising uses CPC (clicks), not CPM (impressions).
because just the same, these millions of impressions did not fall to them if they don’t order anything from them, and the money goes on advertising.
Well, actually there are no large ones with a clear division.
Google kind of pays for impressions, but they cost 1-2-3-5 cents per hundred of impressions.
Those. it does nothing for money at all.
And so there are a lot of all sorts of advertisements, but I doubt whether the income for impressions will be higher than that of Google.
