How to make links to FB and VKontakte open in a mobile application?

At the bottom of the article on the mobile site, there are three standard buttons "I like" VKontakte, "Like" facebook and "Tweet".
On Android, all three mobile apps are installed, but only when you click on "tweet" does the browser offer the twitter app in the "what to use" dialog.
How to make both facebook and vkontakte open in the application, and not in the browser?

Look towards the App sheme for these apps. For example, to open a URL in the market, it must look like "market://megaurl.com". Of course, not every url will open, and instead of megaurl there should be something specific.
